WASHINGTON — Today, convenience store operator MAPCO Express, Inc. (“MAPCO”), one of the largest company-operated retail chains in the United States, announced it will begin offering E15 to consumers. MAPCO has set a goal of offering E15 at all pumps at 100 stations.
